Interactive Portfolio Section Take 2
I have completed the next stage of my 3D portfolio section, in this example the actionscript is loading in the icons from a separate XML file, making it easy to update without having to adjust the script. It is also creating the animation dynamically.
At this stage of expermentation I have decided that this probably isn’t the best format for my portfolio, I have a lot of icons which wouldn’t fit onto the loop without the use of separate category loops, not something I had planned for. So with this in mind I am going to look at creating a 2D portfolio with the capability of storing more icons and information and which isn’t as limited by shape.
So it’s back to the drawing board, but at least I know how 3D portfolio’s are created if I ever have the need for one again.
