jerks on silver bikes…

Posted in bike porn, the new london days by michelle-b on the September 6th, 2008

I saw one of these for the first time yesterday, it caught my eye whilst I was waiting for the lights to change. I thought “wow that’s nice bike” well actually I didn’t think that, there was a guy riding it on the wrong side of the road, so the thought process went more like this: “pillock, just because you’ve got a nice bike doesn’t mean you have to ride like a jerk, what a minute, that’s a VERY nice bike!” Here it is in all it’s glory:

still the one…

Cotic Roadrat

Cotic Roadrat

Lurvly!

Or maybe this one?

Plug Racer

hmmmm decisions, decisions. I see a lot of Plugs around London these days it seems they are turning into the Vespa’s of the commuting world, not good! I hate those stupid lawn mowers! Shame, it’s a much better looking bike than the Roadrat, a possible come steal me bike?

Frog Feet

Posted in bits and boring bobs probably to do with the commute, the new london days by michelle-b on the September 3rd, 2008

That’s right I’ve finally had it with the British weather and purchased some rather fetching waterproof Endura overshoes.

Also, apart from the rain the commute is getting a little chilly these days especially first thing in the morning, so as a direct consequence the Lycra might be arriving a little earlier than expected, but don’t worry chaps I won’t be attempting any public indecency or owt like that I’m only planning on a pair of arm warmers not some full on leotard or anything. Don’t want to be arrested riding through London now do I…

All the family? Really?

Goldfrapp

November in Brixton, the unlikeliest host for Goldfrapp’s new folk sound? Nevertheless it should be yet another good show. Can’t wait!
